Booking and Cancellation Conditions
All requested accommodation will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt.
Reservations that are cancelled attract the following cancellation fees:
2 to 6 days’ notice – 50% of the booking value
Less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of the booking value
No Show – 100% of the booking value
Notice is taken from 2 pm on day of check-in
Waiving the fee is at the discretion of Eden House
